Meor joined Arcus in 2023 as a Junior Compliance Officer. Previously, he worked as an AML analyst at Accenture. He graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute with BSc in Aeronautical Engineering in 2020.

Madoka joined Arcus in 1999 as our first employee. Previously, she worked at Wako International Securities, holding various positions within the Japanese convertible bond and equity warrant departments.

Edward joined Arcus in 2019. His previous roles include Head of Japan Sales at Jefferies & Co., Global Head of Research at Commerzbank Securities and Head of Listed Investment Companies at LGT Capital Partners.

Linda joined Arcus in 2022. Previously, she had an investor relations role at Ruffer LLP. She holds a Masters Degree in Foreign Languages Applied to International Trade from Grenoble University, France.

Dr Atika Fadzil joined Arcus in 2022 following her return to Malaysia. She graduated from Bristol University in 2002.

Takaaki joined Arcus in 2005. He started his career at Okasan Securities, where he became Head of International Equity Sales. Thereafter, he was a fund manager at HSBC Asset Management Japan. He received his BA degree in Accounting from California State University.

Yasue joined Arcus in 2008. Prior to that, she worked in the accounting department of Kleinwort Benson Securities and as a research assistant at Commerz Securities Japan.

Callum joined Arcus in 2024. Previously, he worked at JPMorgan as a Financial Reporting Analyst and later as a Product Controller. He graduated from Dundee University with an MA (Hons) in 2013.

Lucy joined Arcus in 2011. She trained at RSM Robson Rhodes and later Kinetic Partners where she worked in financial services consultancy. She has over 18 years of experience in a broad range of financial services roles and graduated from Durham University with a BA in Russian.

Karl joined Arcus in 2021. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management in 2019.

Tim joined Arcus in 2014. Having spent his career in investment banking in Tokyo, he then retrained as a lawyer and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2005. He joined the Tokyo office of Herbert Smith in 2011.

Nazri joined Arcus in 2021. In his recent roles at Two Offshore Marine Sdn Bhd, DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd, DWA Private Equity Sdn Bhd, he was the Head of Corporate Finance,  Principal, and Senior Manager. He holds an MBA majoring in Financial Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting, both from the University of Hull.
